CUSTOM ENGINEERING
All custom work is carried out within the workshop whether this is a top yoke conversion or a full custom built motorcycle.
We also undertake modification work on motorbikes to meet individual customers requirements.
Our work and engineering along with our attention to detail is second to none. The design process is carried out with customers requirements paramount, with structural safety and functionality top of the list.
We are able to assist you with the design stages of your bike whether this is a single part or design modifications for road custom or racing set up.
The owner and day to day manager of the business Martin is a qualified engineer with Engineering to standard City & Guilds 201 & 228, Welding to British Standard BSEN 287/12004 and City & Guilds Motor Mechanic level 2. Link this to many years of hands on experience and you know your bike will be in good hands, he also makes a pretty good cup of coffee.

We have our own facility for the manufacture of precision component's.
FABRICATION / FRAME BUILDING
Motorbike frame modifications or a full custom built frame. All carried out on a purpose built frame jig to ensure pin point accuracy. All frame work is tig welded to British standards.
ENGINE REBUILDS
Engine rebuild carried out using either original parts or competition parts. All assemble with the utmost care and attention to detail. Including painting of crank cases, barrels and cylinder heads etc.
